• É importante manter os equipamentos de segurança e comunicação em bom estado de conservação;
Porteiro: a liberação de acesso se dá, exclusivamente, pelo porteiro que abre e fecha os portões. Um sistema bastante arriscado, pois depende, exclusivamente, do ser humano para reconhecimento e liberação da entrada dos veículos;
Controle remoto: é o morador que abre e fecha o portão através de controle remoto próprio. Também arriscado, pois depende, unicamente, do condômino, podendo acarretar falha deste ou mesmo perda do equipamento;
Sistema misto de abertura dos portões: abertura externa pelo morador, através de controle, e abertura interna pelo porteiro, que primeiro confirma se quem está no veículo é mesmo o condômino para depois liberar o segundo portão. É mais seguro que os anteriores;

One thing is the fact that one of the most popular incentives for using your credit cards is a cash-back or rebate provision. Generally, you’ll receive 1-5 back in various acquisitions. Depending on the credit cards, you may get 1 returning on most acquisitions, and 5 in return on expenses made from convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores along with ‘member merchants’.

I have observed that smart real estate agents all around you are warming up to FSBO ***********. They are seeing that it’s not only placing a poster in the front place. It’s really about building associations with these vendors who one of these days will become buyers. So, when you give your time and efforts to supporting these suppliers go it alone – the “Law connected with Reciprocity” kicks in. Great blog post.
